I went in to get the hearing aides adjusted. They were booked solid. However, the receptionist suggested they might need to be cleaned she did that, and I could hear just fine. She then showed me how to clean correctly. Very pleased.

The staff in the Gulfport office, Mrs. Ronna and Mrs. Marshe, were SUPPER FRIENDLY AND NICE. Mrs. Ronna was able to explain something to me that out of 4 audiologist I had never heard before. I was very fortunate, I that I missed my original appointment the day before and as God would have it they had an opening and saw me . I'm EXTREMELY GRATEFUL TO THEM BOTH.
