I went in to get the hearing aides adjusted. They were booked solid. However, the receptionist suggested they might need to be cleaned she did that, and I could hear just fine. She then showed me how to clean correctly. Very pleased.

The staff in the Gulfport office, Mrs. Ronna and Mrs. Marshe, were SUPPER FRIENDLY AND NICE. Mrs. Ronna was able to explain something to me that out of 4 audiologist I had never heard before. I was very fortunate, I that I missed my original appointment the day before and as God would have it they had an opening and saw me . I'm EXTREMELY GRATEFUL TO THEM BOTH. If you need hearing aids, Audible is the place to go. I was just in for my three month check. I've been having a minor problem with one of the aids. It was discussed and I decided it could wait until after the holidays ro be corrected. Mrs. Roger's and Hannah are very easy to work with. You could not find a competent and more knowledgeable duo. I love my hearing aids! The office is always neat, clean and decorated nicely😀. The staff are all professional, knowledgable and like great friends.
