I am very happy and impressed with my experience today. I was greet promptly and seen as soon as I finished my paperwork. I was treated with respect and explained what the test would include. After the test, my Hearing Specialist explained the results step by step in a way I could clearly understand. I will go back to them and highly recommend their services. I went back for my 2 week follow up after getting my hearing aids. I was greeted with a friendly attitude and when I went back to meet with the hearing specialist the service was very professional and helpful.

The staff in the Gulfport office, Mrs. Ronna and Mrs. Marshe, were SUPPER FRIENDLY AND NICE. Mrs. Ronna was able to explain something to me that out of 4 audiologist I had never heard before. I was wearing a hearing aid and still having problems hearing. I accepted it. I thought this was how it was, and hearing aids were just not that good. Then, Stephanie Rogers fitted me with new aids. These days my TV is not turned up as loud, I am able to hear group conversations, and the first Sunday after getting my new aids, I clearly heard the sermon in church!! With the new aids I am hearing better than I have in years. Terri keeps the office running smoothly so that Stephanie is able to focus on the client, they are a good team. They are professional but treat you like a friend. I accept that I have hearing loss, and I will never hear like I used too, but my hearing is much better now. I am hearing things and hearing clearer than I did before I got my new aids.
