Stephanie Rogers is a Clinical Audiologist and owns Audibel Hearing Healthcare in Mississippi and Alabama, with her husband, Langston.
Stephanie began her career over 25 years ago in Louisiana working as a secretary for Keith Stroud while attending LSU. It was in Keith’s office that she found her passion to help others enjoy their best lives through better hearing. Stephanie graduated from LSU with a Masters in Audiology and transitioned with Keith when he decided to leave Beltone and join the Audibel family in 2000.
Through the encouragement and help of Keith (AKA “Boss-man”) and Mr. Austin, the Rogers’ bought their first four clinics in 2007. Their desire was to create a business that glorified the Lord and allowed them the ability to focus on their ‘miracle baby’ Alison.
Since 2007, Stephanie and Langston have expanded to ten clinics in Mississippi and Alabama with a dedicated and loyal staff of 16. They strive each day to work hard to serve their staff, their patients, and their Lord and Savior to the best of their ability. Their continued focus is on being a family business that helps people hear and live better.
Stephanie feels that her most important job is to listen to the person sitting across from her to truly understand their unique needs and desires. The role of a clinician and employer is to come alongside each employee and patient to help them overcome obstacles to achieving their life goals and help them realize their fullest potential.
A lifelong resident of Biloxi, MS, Ronna has worked for Audibel since 2009. She received her training from Stephanie Rogers, Clinical Audiologist and her Mississippi license in 2010. Seeing her patients quality of life improve and the happiness it brings them is the driving factor behind her choice to work in the hearing profession. Ronna has been married to her high school sweetheart, Jay, for over 30 years and has two daughters, Jenna and Brenna. She enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and thinks Mardi Gras is better than Christmas.
Marshe joined the Audibel team in 2014 after having worked for All Makes Hearing Aid Service, now Audibel, for eight years. What she loves most about her job is the joy in people’s faces when they are finally able to hear again. Although she has a fondness for skunks, it hasn’t kept people from coming back for her warm smiles. Marshe lives with her husband in Long Beach, MS.
I was having an issue with my right hearing aid and they were quick to get me in and do what they could to help me with it. They also gave me a phone number for Bluetooth tech support to help with another issue that I have been having.
